Nous avons voulu le savoir.<\/p><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Un garage ind\u00e9pendant peut-il s&rsquo;occuper d&rsquo;une Tesla en panne ? Markus Roth (AUTEF GmbH) et Philipp N\u00e4f (Hostetttler AG) se sont pench\u00e9s sur cette question. Il a relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi. La Tesla de Philipp a eu une d\u00e9faillance. Le v\u00e9hicule est tomb\u00e9 en panne et a d\u00fb \u00eatre remorqu\u00e9 par le service de d\u00e9pannage. En utilisant des donn\u00e9es OE et des outils de diagnostic OE ainsi que des appareils multimarques, il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait un d\u00e9faut d&rsquo;isolement dans le syst\u00e8me HT. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la connexion et \u00e0 l&rsquo;enregistrement sur le portail de service en ligne de Tesla, le d\u00e9faut a pu \u00eatre circonscrit. L&rsquo;utilisation de la ToolBox payante du constructeur am\u00e9ricain a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement utile. Conform\u00e9ment aux instructions de Tesla, les deux sp\u00e9cialistes ont v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me et ont constat\u00e9 que le r\u00e9chauffeur PTC pr\u00e9sentait une r\u00e9sistance de 0,5 kOhm par rapport \u00e0 la masse du v\u00e9hicule, ce qui est nettement trop faible. En effet, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 ternie par la nouvelle de Tesla, selon laquelle la pi\u00e8ce de rechange ne serait pas disponible avant quatre \u00e0 cinq semaines. Organiser un v\u00e9hicule de remplacement pour une dur\u00e9e aussi longue semblait insatisfaisant pour toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es. Il fallait donc trouver une autre solution. C&rsquo;est alors que l&rsquo;expertise que Markus et Philipp ont acquise au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le domaine de la haute tension est entr\u00e9e en jeu. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette approche et au savoir-faire existant, le r\u00e9chauffeur PTC a pu \u00eatre remis en service par une r\u00e9paration d&rsquo;urgence : l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant d\u00e9fectueux a \u00e9t\u00e9 dessoud\u00e9 et cinq sont encore actifs au lieu de six. La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question est : avec les bonnes conditions et une formation ad\u00e9quate, c&rsquo;est possible. \u00c0 partir de 2025, AUTEF GmbH proposera, en collaboration avec Hostettler Autotechnik AG, un cours de diagnostic Tesla qui mettra \u00e0 disposition les outils n\u00e9cessaires.
